Classic Mertaphyseal Lesions “A Problem”

Here is an example of research concerning CML's . Is it complete? In my opinion NO! 

 Anyone  else concerned that in of 2008 there had been over 150 links associated with Classic Metaphyseal Lesions? Yet most medical abuse experts are undecided or have chosen to ignore newer research allowing for research data which includes infants with metabolic conditions. Most links are reference to articles assuming that CML's are secondary to abuse. A lot of people apparently jumped on being able to utilize CML's as a way to prosecute child abusers. No real effort was done in my opinion to refute the research back then and the court room DA'S ran with it. Abuse experts ran with it. Making them all hero's.  Apparently in court if you are there defending yourself you are always a liar and your defense is just a spoof to get off the hook. Even in the face of over whelming evidence along with experts testifying that what is thought to be abuse could be something else. Better to utilize evidence in the states and DA's favor. They would rather win the case than try and reflect the consequences of separating a child from a loving family. It is a tough call protect an innocent child or make a mistake and let that child return to a harmful home. It still all boils down to the It just requires that experts get it right. THAT'S IT!

Judges need to step up to the plate in Family Court and not just take the easy way out!

I want to believe that judges can help change the system. When they are the sole decider in cases requiring only a Preponderance of Evidence, judges should weigh the constitutionality of their decision. My opinion is that they assume the states policies are the most prudent deciding factor and they wipe their hands of the whole court room mess it stirs up.

Child Abuse There is no Easy Answer, But there is an ANSWER!

The fact of the matter is that this topic is so controversial. I have contacted or at least E-mailed hundreds of radiologists and experts in the field of child abuse. Only those I consider with strong character have replied. Of course I know I am nobody to them. I am however caught up in something they all should be aware of.  Those professionals that I have discussed this with understand the need for the medical community to get it right. They are starting to realize where the courts have taken this. I believe that is what is going to straighten this mess out. For years the medical community was on its high horse busting child abusers with X-ray image evidence. There have been so many persecuted for something they did not do. Some medical experts were ignorant of the false and incomplete data being used to prosecute innocent care givers. Others did not care. It was all about winning the case. Even with the new medical research available most diehards are fighting to save the research. Admitting that if they lose it innocent infants will be killed or injured further. The fact remains. No one wants innocent helpless infants killed or hurt. The bottom line is and always should be to get the correct diagnosis.

There are many fronts in the war against the government concerning unexplained injuries in infants, SBS, Metabolic Conditions, Vaccines. The truth is in the details. I commend everyone that takes a stand. The courts will support the government in any questionable science unless we take a stand. The science is definitely flawed, it is tilted in the wrong direction with good meaning people just trying to protect innocent babies. Whenever and wherever there is science that disproves old beliefs it needs to be seen and understood by those that have been using old science to convict innocent caregivers. What seems simple is actually very very very complicated.

Click on this link….It is the most up to date account of the way the medical community has gotten it wrong in the area of radiology. My best analogy is….The world is flat….How do you know? It is the first article (abstract)I have found that shows the tide is turning. a lot of emphasis is placed on being sure that all aspects are checked ou in cases of suspected abuse. They still need to be convinced that CML's are not caused specifically by abuse. But it is a start!

Two more articles were published today. Sounds good but since the pay is by views and not much pay at that. At the rate I'm going I will have to have about 1000 articles published to make 2 dollars. I do not do it for the money. It relieves stress and is good therapy. And besides being unemployed I have lots of time on my hands. Also the last two days up here in the great Northwest we got some unprecedented snow and freezing rain. On the ongoing battle trying to gear up support against those that still believe that CML's are only caused by abuse. It has been relatively slow. Most of the E-mails I have sent out have not been answered. Maybe the word about me has gotten out. It is not that big of a stretch. I have sent out over 200 E-Mails to Radiologist across the country at several major universities and Hospitals. In the beginning I was getting responses on a regular basis. Only just recently did the responses dry up. I will continue to write. Especially when new info is found.

On an impulse I started writing about occurrences in my life. The outlet was through Yahoo Contributions. I am of the generation that either accepts or denies the new technology. I choose to accept it but only to a limited amount. I have some working knowledge of basic internet. I do not own a cell phone (let lone a smart phone).
I decided to start a bog for the sole purpose of possibly attracting viewers to the stories I submitted to Yahoo Contributor.

As I get more proficient with it I will try to incorporate it as a site that promotes everything concerning false accusations of child abuse.  When my grandson was 5 weeks old he was diagnosed with neonatal rickets. The state of Oregon preferred to go with a diagnosis of child abuse.

Over the past 2 years I have been in contact with a vast amount of experts and supporters on the subject.
People far more educated than I am. from Universities such as Harvard, Stanford, Vanderbilt, South Carolina Medical University, UCLA.

My present endevor is to promote an article in the American Journal of  Roentgeneology written by Dr David Ayoub and Dr. Marvin Miller
