Read this. Shaken Baby Syndrome was used as a cause of the injuries in
the first trial. Why not in the last hearing? Is it that the triad of SBS
injuries is finally seen as possibly caused by other conditions? This
case was criminal, they needed "Beyond a Shadow of Doubt." Family Court
needs the same level to determine quilt!
